Our Lakeshore location is home to clinics offering a variety of services, including primary care, diagnostic testing and physical therapy. We are conveniently located in a shopping plaza just west of 19th Avenue/Route 1 near Lake Merced. Parking is free, and we are also accessible by Muni. Patients looking to scratch other items off their to-do lists might take advantage of the plaza's post office or banks while visiting.
